- We accept Bank Transfer and Mobile Money(Mpesa and Airtel money).
Failure to pay within the agreed-upon time may result in delayed installation or additional fees.

All solar equipment provided by MySolar comes with manufacturer warranties. We will honor these warranties in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer.
However, MySolar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of our services. The nature of solar energy solutions is dependent on external factors such as weather conditions.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, MySolar:
- Disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Limits our liability to the total cost of the installation contract.
8. Installation and Delivery
Our team will work with you to schedule the installation of your solar system. Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, availability of materials, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel their service request prior to the installation date by providing written notice. Refunds will be granted at our discretion and may be subject to a deduction of costs already incurred, including but not limited to consultation fees or equipment purchased for the project.
In case of cancellations by MySolar due to reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the MySolar website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MySolar or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the Site without prior written permission.
